When it comes to travel...Disney does it all. Whether your family wants to chill on a serene island, live it up on a cruise ship or trek to an exotic locale, Disney does it right.
Disney Theme Parks
Most people know about the most popular Disney theme parks: Disneyland, California Adventure and Walt Disney World. Over the years, Disney has expanded and now includes the following international resorts:
- Disneyland Paris: Located in Paris, France, this resort makes the Disney experience accessible to those visiting or living in Europe. Classic Disney with a French twist, here you'll find Main Street, Frontierland, Adventureland, Discoveryland and Fantasyland.
- Hong Kong Disneyland: This scaled-down version of the original Disneyland offers residents or tourists the chance to get up close and personal with Mickey and friends.
- Tokyo Disney Resort: This resort includes Disneyland and DisneySea. Currently closed due to the recent earthquake in Japan.
Disney Island Adventures
Looking for a tropical getaway with all the luxuries of a Disney resort? Now you can take a cruise, visit a private island or get a taste of the Aloha spirit, all thanks to Disney.
- Castaway Cay: This private island located in the Bahamas is accessible only via Disney cruise ships. The resort offers typical seaside activities such as snorkeling, parasailing, and kayaking.
- Aulani Resort & Spa: This Hawaiian getaway located in Ko Olina on the island of O'ahu is paradise. Disney strives to provide guests with a taste of island life and Hawaiian culture in this luxurious seaside resort. Scheduled to open August, 2011.
Disney Cruise Line
Hit the high seas with Mickey and friends aboard one of the four Disney Cruise ships. A cruise is a wonderful way to spend time together as a family. With on-board dining, entertainment, character greetings and excursions while in port, the experience will make for a memorable family vacation. The Disney Dream (featuring an on-board water coaster) and Disney Fantasy (sets sail starting March 2012) ships are new to the fleet. Choose from one of the many destinations, such as Alaska, Bahamas, Caribbean, Europe, Mexican Riviera, or Panama Canal.

No trip planning, no getting lost, no needing to learn a new language...let Disney take care of everything while you and your family enjoy learning about another culture.
